Lab Director and Principal Investigator

Phia S. Salter, Ph.D

My scholarship is interdisciplinary, collaborative, and includes analyses at both individual and collective/societal levels. I utilize a diverse methodological toolkit—including experimental design, quantitative analyses, and qualitative field research — to integrate basic psychological science with applications to social justice.
